Passive fail-safe safety clip activates automatically to cover the needle tip as the needle is withdrawn from the catheter. A one-handed grip design allows clinicians place IVs with a single-hand—freeing the other hand to steady the patient, secure tape, and begin immediate fluid administration. Wings provide added stability and option for suture securement.
Available in PUR or PFTE catheter material.
