Slide Style Safety IV Catheters
The ClearSafe® Safety IV Catheter was designed to allow caregivers easy and safe IV access. This catheter features a triple facet, back cut, beveled needle to aid in reducing trauma at the insertion site. Needlestick safety is simplified with an audible click lock safety mechanism, indicating that the needle is fully retracted and safely housed in the catheter body.
The ClearSafe Comfort® offers the same features as ClearSafe® with the added benefit of PUR (polyurethane) catheter material that softens in the body, increasing patient comfort.

Audible Click Lock Safety Mechanism – audible confirmation ensures the needle is safely encapsulated in the catheter body
