OUR CULTURE
One thing that I genuinely love is the people. It’s definitely the people! I think just spending time with everybody, whether it’s our internal people, whether it’s customers coming into the office. It’s always nice to get that kind of a bond at a company.
I really enjoy the fact that the products we’re selling make a difference in people’s lives. They’re going to improve patient outcomes. And the innovation and research that goes into our products is exciting. We’re making a difference here.
Something I’ve really learned working with my coworkers here is how important relationships are. I think early in my career the idea was that the work spoke for itself. You just put your head down and did the work. But realizing at the end of the day it’s really people working with people. You are solving problems together with people. It’s how you treat people. It’s how you care about other people.

We provide meaningful experiences for our interns in a supportive and collaborative environment.
