Our Commitment to Fair & Competitive Pricing
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact us all, over the past few weeks we’ve seen price volatility effect many types of products, which is a culmination of massive shortages, requirements by companies outside the U.S. to pay for parts and products upfront and in full, and a huge surge in airfreight shipping fees. Moreover, medical supply shortages have led to state and federal governments to compete against one another with bidding wars going far beyond our borders. We hope this trend will end soon.
At MedSource Labs, we remain committed to maintaining the same price structure of our current medical product lines for new and existing customers. As we’ve added a new medical product mix to our inventory to combat the coronavirus, we are also ensuring that our pricing and margins remain in alignment or even less than our historical norms. As a small business, we need to remain viable and competitive, but we’ll always be rooted in our principled values of providing quality products at great value. To that end, we will always do our best to align with domestic and international partners that share the same values.

Here When you Need us the Most
Now more than ever, we recognize that the work we do here at MedSource is critical. As an “essential service,” we remain open and operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our medical products are in massive demand, and we are working diligently to deliver these necessities as quickly as we can to both existing and new customers.
In the past two weeks, we began implementing measures to achieve social distancing and to work from home on a large scale. Now, with an official “stay at home” order in place, we have taken additional measures to protect our employees from the COVID-19 virus. The safety and well-being of all our employees is of utmost importance to us. As such, new screening processes and procedures have been put in place to protect our employees who need to remain at our facilities. We are extremely proud of and grateful for our employees that have shown immediate determination and dedication to deliver the critical medical products our country so desperately needs.
As a company, we have transitioned from an office environment to employees creating their own office spaces at home, and we have done so with little to no disruption in service.
We also extend our gratitude to the shipping companies, drivers, and those who help move our medical products every day. We could not make the impact we are without them.
I am in awe of what we’ve been able to accomplish in so little time. I am confident that our MedSource team will continue to deliver the highest-quality products and services in this environment, and we hope you feel the same.

Our First Responders
MedSource Labs is responding to the COVID-19 outbreak with the utmost priority. As an industry leader in providing quality medical products, our first concern is the health and safety of our customers and the patients who rely on our products, as well as our valued employees, suppliers, and partners within MedSource.
We have friends and partners around the globe who have been impacted by the coronavirus and our hearts go out to them.
At MedSource, we have instituted bold measures to provide a safe working environment for all our employees, while ensuring that we deliver essential medical products and services to those who need it most – hospitals, emergency response providers, government personnel, and other healthcare givers.
Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer value remains number one, even in these uncertain times. We will continue to engage with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and key medical trade organizations for updated information and guidance.
Although the days ahead may be challenging, we will get through this together. We thank you for your loyalty, patience, and understanding.
