We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer service support for the organization and support the company’s transition to a paperless environment for all departments within MedSource Labs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations internal system, customer/warehouse website and customer purchase orders.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Receives and responds promptly to customer inquiries and complaints by telephone or email.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide delivery information.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with customer-related questions/issues.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Issue/process customer returns.
  • Process credits and re-bills.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Pull and process back orders as we are notified.
  • Work together as a team to provide the most exceptional customer service possible.

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Able to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers.
  • Skill and ability to type. Skill and ability to operate a computer.
  • Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Skill and ability to meet deadlines and operate office equipment.
  • Skill and ability to use Microsoft office tools and company software.
