We are currently seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications Team.
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will leverage their creative expertise across both print and digital media, producing impactful marketing materials, sales documents, trade show assets, digital ads, email campaigns, and website graphics. This role demands an independent and innovative thinker who is committed to communications excellence, thrives on challenges, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels under pressure, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support MedSource Labs’ brand and business objectives.
- Create and manage content for a variety of channels, including press releases, website copy, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Creates and manages campaign strategies that align with company goals and priorities.
- Works closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience with public relations and media relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology is a plus.
- CRM knowledge and experience – Hubspot experience is a plus.
